A panel of alumni will be joining BLSA to facilitate a conversation about how to re-chart your path, or in other words, how to effectively change jobs, sectors and/or market after your full-time career begins. With the vast majority of our members going to Biglaw after graduation and the stark retention numbers for Black associates, it is imperative that we understand how to transition from job to job. Alums that have been invited include those who transitioned from Biglaw to public interest, from public interest to government, from one Biglaw firm to another and from Biglaw to in-house counsel.
