CANCELED: Diversity of Thought: Finding Common Ground

October 18, 2017 • 12:30 PM • Law School 3041

This event is being postponed. We hope to reschedule for later in the fall or early spring semester. Diversity shapes our individual viewpoints, but how do we navigate the challenges it poses to us as a community? The ability to resolve conflicts is a critical skill for an attorney. Join Paul James, from the Duke University Office of Institutional Equity, for a dialogue about how to communicate effectively about diversity and embrace our differences, while finding common ground. Co-sponsored by the Center on Law, Race and Politics, Student Affairs, and the Career & Professional Development Center. For additional information, contact Dale Malone at dale.malone@law.duke.edu.
