What is the Health Law Society?
The Health Law Society (HLS) is an interdisciplinary organization open to graduate students in law, medicine, public policy, and healthcare management who have an interest in exploring the intersection between these fields. The society focuses on academic enrichment, curricular awareness and expansion, improved departmental collaboration, and professional development. HLS draws on the entire Duke academic community to bring relevant, educational events to the law school, and increases membership accessibility to diverse health law resources available at the law school, at Duke University, and around the nation.
