ALSA recommends the following Asian restaurants:
- Eastern
Lights Hot Pot & Grill (Chinese & Korean). The most authentic
Chinese restaurant in the Triangle area, and the only place that serves
sizzling rice soup! Closed Mondays.
- Lime
& Basil (Vietnamese). Not just the best Vietnamese & pho restaurant
around here; Lime & Basil is on par with the best Vietnamese places
in Los Angeles and New York.
- Kashmir
(Indian). Great selection of Indian food and naan breads; visit Friday and
Saturday nights if you want to try the buffet.
- Mt.
Fuji Asian Bistro Sushi (Japanese and Pan-Asian). It's not just a restaurant
(Mt. Fuji features a bar & great atmosphere), it's a great weeknight
and weekend hang-out!
