Durham, North Carolina, a dynamic city of 200,000, is at one endpoint of the "triangle" area in North Carolina (bounded also by Chapel Hill and Raleigh, the Capital). Known for Duke University and Hospital, Durham also hosts the world's largest modern dance festival and the most important documentary film festival in the United States.
