Duke Law faculty are prolific and highly visible scholars. Through their scholarship, casebooks, and media commentary, they engage broadly with issues of national and international concern. Their collaborations across disciplines at the Law School, the broader University community, and with colleagues at other institutions also enhance the intellectual life of the Law School through regular conferences, workshops, colloquia, and public discussions.
