N.C. Bar names Duke Law and Technology Review its "Web Site of the Week"

E-Bar, a weekly email newsletter for members of the N.C. Bar Association, named the Duke Law and Technology Review its "Web Site of the Week" on Oct. 3.

"This site examines issues concerning intellectual property, business law, free speech and privacy, telecommunications and criminal law by focusing on student-written essays called issue briefs. These ‘iBriefs' are approximately 10 pages each of legal analysis of a timely issue that mixes journalism and scholarly writing. The site is updated regularly," E-Bar's editor Clifton Barnes wrote.

The DLTR is a student-run eJournal that debuted in the Spring 2001 semester. While Duke Law publishes six other journals in print and online, the DLTR is the only one published solely online.
