• Asian Pacific Law & Policy Journal - Providing a worldwide forum for the presentation and discussion of legal, policy-based and socio-economic issues that impact nations in and the region of East Asia and Polynesia and Australia. Journal of interdisciplinary collaboration hosted by the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii.
• Cardozo Electronic Law Bulletin - Official journal of the Cardozo Institute of Comparative Law (University of Trento, Italy).
• Columbia Science and Technology Law Review - A journal for both scholars and practitioners regarding the changing technological landscape and its influence on law and social policy, from Columbia Law School.
• Duke Law & Technology Review - The DLTR is a journal that focuses on the evolving intersection of law and technology. This area of study draws on a number of legal specialties: intellectual property, business law, free speech and privacy, telecommunications, criminal law, and others.
• E law - From Murdoch University School of Law (Australia), articles four categories: NetWatch, Current Developments, Materials for Comment, Works in Progress and Refereed Articles.
• The Electronic Journal of Comparative Law - Sponsored by the law faculties of Maastricht, Tilburg and Utrecht. It publishes articles relating to comparative private law, comparative legal aspects of information technology and the methodology of comparative law
• Federal Courts Law Review - Electronic publication of the Federal Magistrate Judges Association for legal scholarship relating to federal courts and federal legislation.  Includes discussion forum and links to supporting legal material.
• Global Jurist - Global Jurist offers scholarly articles on issues of comparative law, law and economics, international law, law and development, and legal anthropology. Articles in this publication are edited by an international board of comparative law scholars. This service includes e-mail updates about new articles that have been added to Global Jurist. Global Jurist contains the following journals: Global Jurist Frontiers, Global Jurist Advances and Global Jurist Topics
• Gonzaga Journal of International Law - A practice oriented international law journal from the Gonzaga University School of Law with articles, essays, comments or notes from practicing attorneys, law professors, business people and government officials.
• Intellectual Property and Technology Law Forum - "Dedicated to providing readers with rigorous, innovative scholarship, timely reporting, and ongoing discussion from the legal community concerning technology law and intellectual property" published by students at Boston College Law School.
• International Journal of Communications Law and Policy - A joint project of three UK media law centers at Oxford, Munster and Warwick, this quarterly peer reviewed journal has articles, case notes, legislative and policy analyses, conference reviews, and works-in-progress.
• Journal of Information, Law and Technology - Peer reviewed articles from University of Warwick, JILT also provides featured topics, documents that demonstrate use of web technology, book reviews, news and developments, and works in progress.
• Journals of Legal Scholarship - The Journals of Legal Scholarship publish academic analyses of law and law-related subjects. They cover all legal subjects, in private as well as public law, as well as ancillary disciplines like legal history and jurisprudence. The Journals of Legal Scholarship are edited by faculty. You can subscribe to e-mail updates on new content that is published in the Journals of Legal Scholarship. • Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review - Published jointly by law and business students at the University of Michigan, includes news, commentary, student notes, online discussion and full-length articles.
• North Carolina Journal of Law & Technology - Edited by students at UNC-Chapel Hill School of Law, the Journal of Law & Technology ("JOLT") covers a broad range of issues pertaining to law and technology. JOLT will be issued twice a year.
• Richmond Journal of Law & Technology JOLT - The first student edited, scholarly legal journal published exclusively in electronic form, beginning April 10, 1995. Articles on emerging issues of new technologies and law. Innovative use of technology in publishing.
• Richmond Journal of Law and the Public Interest - Dedicated to public interest topics, with each issue focused on a theme from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond.
• Stanford AGORA: An Online Journal of Legal Perspectives (formerly Stanford Journal of Legal Studies) - The goal of this publication is to recreate the openness of the Athenian agora by designing the law journal of the new century. Agora seeks to bridge the gap between the law and other academic disciplines by examining central issues in contemporary society via a symposium format that incorporates a broad range of interdisciplinary approaches to law. Focuses on jurisprudence and the theoretical bases of law.
• Stanford Technology Law Review - Articles on "critical issues at the intersection of law, science, technology, and public policy. Covering a broad array of topical areas, STLR combines technological expertise with a scholarly outlook in substantive discussion."
• Virginia Journal of Law & Technology - University of Virginia School of Law law review style publication.
• Web Journal of Current Legal Issues - Bi-monthly publication from University of Newcastle and Blackstone Press with articles, current issues, information technology, legal education, casenotes and reviews.
