Continuing Judicial Education

The Center for Judicial Studies offers various multi-day training programs for judges throughout the year. These programs focus on emerging and novel legal issues and feature presenters from around the country. The first CJE programs are planned for Spring 2012.

Potential topics include:

• E-discovery
• Emerging Science Topics (DNA, Neuroscience, etc.)
• Technology in the Courtroom
• Judicial Writing
• Social and Behavioral Sciences
