Submissions

Law and Contemporary Problems publishes in a symposium-style format, with each issue dedicated to a topic of contemporary concern. Symposium topics are selected by a faculty editor and approved by L&CP’s Faculty Editorial Board approximately one year before publication. The faculty editor invites authors to contribute an article for the issue based on their experience and knowledge regarding the selected topic. Given this format, the journal cannot accept unsolicited manuscripts.
