Law and Contemporary Problems (ISSN 0023-9186) is published four times per volume by Duke University School of Law. The current yearly subscription rate is $54 for U.S. delivery and $60 for delivery beyond the United States.

Single-issue sales are $15 per copy, with a discount of 20% applicable to bulk orders for ten or more copies. Double-issue sales are $30 per copy.
