Submissions

Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law was established in 1990. The Journal is devoted to current issues in international, transnational, and comparative law. The Journal features articles from a variety of areas, such as corporate law, environmental protection, national security, human rights, and others. In its eighteen years of existence, the Journal has become one of the most prestigious and frequently cited international journals. The Journal publishes articles by leading practitioners and prominent international scholars.

The Duke Journal of Comparative and International Law is now accepting submissions for its nineteenth volume. Please submit articles in one of two ways: (1) via electronic submission, or (2) via paper submission, mailed to: Duke Journal of Comparative and International Law, Attn: Articles Editor, Duke Law School, P.O.
