Letter to International Alumni
Dear International Alumnus,
Welcome to the Geneva 2003 website! At this website, you will find information about a very special international alumni reunion. It will be held in Geneva, Switzerland, from July 17-20.
The weekend will include a keynote address by Professor Jim Cox, with whom many of you have studied. (He will also be available over the weekend to chat, catch up with you, and display his undiminished wit.) In addition, there will be a joint Law/Fuqua School seminar on global capital markets. For those of you with a keen interest in sports, Professor Jim Coleman will moderate a panel on the law of Olympic sports. Professor Madeline Morris will lead a panel on the prosecution of war crimes. Another highlight of the weekend will be a gala dinner and dancing at a wonderful chateau, Chateau de Vuillerens, in the mountains outside Geneva. Of course, we have also arranged to have outings for families and folks who want to take advantage of the beauty and the culture of Geneva and its surrounding environs.
We very much look forward to greeting you personally in Geneva in July 2003 and especially to catching up with you and your family. If you have questions or suggestions, just let us know at jhorowitz@law.duke.edu or maher@law.duke.edu.
Until we meet in Geneva,
