Yuko Nishitani
Visiting Faculty
Yuko Nishitani is visiting from the Faculty of Law at Kyushu University in Fukuoka, Japan, where she is a professor in the Department of International Legal Studies. Her fields of specialization and research include private international law, international civil litigation, international business law, and family law.
Nishitani is teaching International Civil Litigation at Duke Law in the spring 2012 semester; she previously taught the class at Duke in 2009. She also has been a visitor at Brescia University in Italy.
