Ms. Davis received her B.A. in International Relations from Lehigh University in 1992 and her J.D. and LL.M. degrees from Duke University School of Law in 1996. She was a staff editor and Administrative Editor of Law & Contemporary Problems.
Ms. Davis worked as a corporate associate for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in Chicago, Illinois, specializing in securities compliance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate governance. She worked as a senior corporate associate for Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in New York, New York, specializing in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and management employment arrangements.
