Work/Life Balance and Women in the Law Panel

Dean Levi and Professor Weistart have put together an exceptional panel to discuss issues of work/life balance and women in the law. Panelists include: Caroline Gottschalk L'90 - Partner, Corporate Department, Simpson Thacher in New York; Margaret Hu L'00 - Special Policy Counsel, Office of Special Counsel for Immigration-Related Unfair Employment Practices, Civil Rights Division, U.S. Department of Justice; Deanna Okun L'90 -- Commissioner (and Former Chair), U.S. International Trade Commission; Abby Reardon L'81, Counsel, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Nixon Peabody in New York; Julie Shields L'90 - Author of "How To Avoid The Mommy Trap: A Roadmap For Sharing Parenting and Making It Work". Shields is an expert in work-life policies and a family-leave advocate; Matt Wolfe L'08 -- Associate, Parker Poe in Raleigh. All are welcome to attend.
