This week, the Student Paper Series is proud to host 2L Andrei Mamolea, who will present his paper, "The Future of Corporate Liability Under the Alien Tort Statute: A Roadmap for Pfizer v. Abdullahi." The Student Paper Series provides a forum for intellectually stimulating discussions of student scholarship and is open to all Duke Law students (you do not need to present a paper to participate).
