Blake Hudson, a 2007 Duke Law grad and current assistant professor at Stetson Law, will present a draft of his paper "Climate Change, Forests and Federalism: Seeing the Treaty for the Trees." The Student Paper Series provides a forum for intellectually stimulating discussions of student scholarship and is open to all Duke Law students (you do not need to present a paper to participate).
