2L Ari Cuenin will be presenting his Note, "Mooting the Night Away: Vacatur for Mootness Doctrine and Post-Inauguration Changes to an Outgoing Administration's Midnight Regulations", which has been selected for publication in the Duke Law Journal's November issue. The Student Paper Series provides a forum for intellectually stimulating discussions of student scholarship and is open to all Duke Law students (you do not need to present a paper to participate).
