Tobias Coleman '10 will present a paper entitled, "Limiting Judges: Placing Limits on Judges' Power in Hard Look Review." In the paper, Coleman examines hard-look review in administrative law and concludes that recent efforts to limit judges' discretion under hard-look review may be futile. The Student Paper Series provides a forum for intellectually stimulating discussions of student scholarship and is open to all Duke Law students (you do not need to present a paper to participate).
