Same Sex Marriage on Military Installations

With the repeal of Don't Ask Don't Tell, where does that leave same-sex marriage on military installations? Gays in the military still face many challenges especially in regards to equal access federal benefits and military-specific benefits for legally married same-sex couples. General (ret.) Hugh Overholt, former Judge Advocate General of the U.S. Army (top Army Lawyer) joins the Federalist Society to discuss this intriguing issue and highlight what would need to change for all married individuals in the military to receive the same benefits.
