Regulating the Regulators: A Conversation with Sally Katzen and John Graham

Katzen served as the administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) in the Office of Management and Budget from 1993-1998 during the Clinton Administration. Graham held the same position from 2001-2006 during the Bush Administration. Each of them will discuss the challenges they faced and how different political administrations view regulation.
