Rethinking Regulation at the Kenan Institute for Ethics and Duke Law School is pleased to host Sally Katzen, who served as administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) in the Office of Management and Budget during the Clinton Administration, and John Graham who held the same position during the Bush Administration. They will discuss the evolving challenge of regulatory policy making over the last quarter century. A wine and cheese reception will follow.
