September 11, 2009 • 9:30 AM • Law School 4045

This examination of the work of the International Criminal Court (ICC) consists of three sessions. The first (10 to 11:30 a.m.) will give an in-depth look at how the prosecutor investigates and litigates situations and cases before the Court. The second session (12 to 1:30 p.m.) will provide a broader overview of the work of the Court. Finally, a panel (1:40 to 2:30 p.m.) made up of the ICC staff and members of the Duke faculty will reflect on the presentations. For more information, contact Matthew Smith at mas75@duke.edu.
