Professor Geoffrey Stone is a member of the President's Review Group on Intelligence and Communications Technologies, which the President established after a number of disclosures by Edward Snowden of NSA intelligence gathering activities. The Review Group issued its report and recommendation in December. Professor Stone will discuss the group's findings and recommendations.
