Craven-Everett Inn of Court Meeting

December 08, 2010 • 6:00 PM • Law School 3000

On September 8, 2010, the Braxton Craven American Inn of Court voted unanimously to change the name of our inn to The Craven-Everett American Inn of Court, in honor of founder, charter member, professor, friend, and encourager-in-chief, the late Honorable Robinson O. Everett. In celebration, The Craven-Everett American Inn of Court invites all members and special guests to its Wednesday 8 December 2010 meeting at Duke Law School, Durham, NC. The meeting's program will feature a presentation on the history of (1) the Inns of Court in England, (2) the American Inns of Court, (3) The Craven-Everett American Inn of Court, and (4) the namesakes of the Craven-Everett Inn, the Hons. James Braxton Craven and Robinson O. Everett. The Inn encourages all members to join for cocktails at 6 PM, followed by dinner at 6:30 PM and the program at 7:30 PM. Both the Craven and Everett families will attend our December meeting. For more information, please contact Susan McLean at mclean@law.duke.edu.
