Latham & Watkins London-based Partner David Boles, Duke Law '02, will discuss practicing US Securities Law in the international context; what makes it exciting, and how you can break into the representation of investment banks and issuers in connection with public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, including US registered offerings for international clients.
