Marc Elias '93, Partner and Chair of Perkins Coie Political Law Practice, will discuss the representation of public officials, candidates, parties, corporations, tax-exempt organizations and PACs in connection with campaign finance, governmental ethics, lobbying disclosure, and white-collar criminal defense matters. Mr. Elias acted as lead counsel for Senator Al Franken in the 2008 Minnesota Senate election recount and contest and served as General Counsel to the Kerry-Edwards presidential campaign.
