ARBITRATION PRACTICE: A Look at Global Arbitration

The International Committee of Dispute Resolution Section of North Carolina Bar Association presents a panel exploring the role of international arbitration. Speakers will address arbitration practice from an international and global perspective. They will examine the pros and cons of engaging in international arbitration versus international litigation and will share their experiences with international arbitration.
