The primary goal of this instructional program is to promote civic competence and responsibility in elementary, middle and high school students. Students study materials relating to the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the principles and development of constitutional democracy in the United States. High school classes may choose to culminate their study through participation in competitions styled as simulated congressional hearings. Sponsored by the Program in Public Law and the North Carolina Bar Association. For more information, please contact Dana Norvell at email@example.com.
