Academic Technologies offers computing, media and web services for all members of the law school community.

- Urgent computing problems, call the Help Desk at 613-7072
- Urgent classroom problems, call the Media Hotline at 613-7249
- Students can bring their laptops to the Student Help Desk in room 3000 (third floor, parking lot side of the building)
- Non-urgent computing issues, email the Help Desk at computing@law.duke.edu
- Non-urgent classroom, video and event A/V support, email Media Requests at media@law.duke.edu
