Registration Fee:
The registration fee for the Fall Symposium 2002 is $25 per registrant, and includes lunch and refreshments on September 27th and 28th. (Free for Duke students.) Register online or please contact Susan Booth at 919-668-0790 or booth004@mc.duke.edu. Registration is required and must be received by September 14. Participation is limited to 100 people.

Accommodations:
Please visit the following web site for information on area hotels. Symposium participants will be responsible for making and paying for their own accommodations.
