Novell NetWare makes your network home directory, drive J: for faculty and staff and drive R: for students, available to you over any Internet connection. You may use a web browser from any computer to connect with NetStorage. Alternatively, you can install the NetWare Windows client on your computer. In either case please keep in mind that performance with broadband connections will be substantially better than with dial-up connections.

Installing NetWare on your computer
If you prefer the same access to your files that you have on law school computers, you may install the Novell NetWare client on your Windows computer. Download the client installer program from the Computing Services software download page. Save it to your hard drive, then open the installer program. When it has finished, reboot your computer. You may then logon to the law school network by right-clicking the red N on the system tray and selecting "Novell Login."
