Kerio Firewall
If you do not properly configure Kerio Personal Firewall to work with EBB, you will see a green screen at the end of your exam but the final exam file may not be uploaded. Apply these instructions to properly configure Kerio Personal Firewall.
Turn off the Internet Connection Firewall or Windows Firewall
If you are running Kerio Personal Firewall, you should not also run the Internet Connection Firewall in Windows XP or Windows Firewall in Windows XP SP2. Disable the former by selecting the Advanced tab on your local area network connection properties window. The Windows Firewall should be automatically disabled if you are running Kerio Personal Firewall version 4, but you may verify that at the Security Center control panel.
