Please use the form below to get your lawid and temporary password information.

Please change the password as soon as you are able. After logging in on a Windows computer with Novell client installed (either yours or one in the library) press control + alt + delete and click the Change Password button.

Please note that your Duke University email account is based on the NetID provided you by the Office of Information Technology (OIT). If you have not yet received your NetID information, please call the OIT help desk at (919) 684-2200.
