Event Notice Form

Please read the policies, guidelines, and resources provided in the right column of the main events page as you are beginning to plan your event.

Before filling out the special event request form, check the following for date, time, and space availability:

Faculty and staff may request meetings – gatherings of individuals that do not involve catering, media services, or housekeeping needs – through GroupWise.
