Social Activities
Thursday - Baseball
The famous Durham Bulls are on a road trip, but we'll travel to the historic Durham Athletic Park, featured in "Bull Durham." There we'll watch the Durham Americans host the Thomasville Hi-Toms in a Coastal Plains
League collegiate summer league game. Join us at the most famous minor league park in America for baseball and baseball park food.
Friday - Banquet and Durham School of the Arts Chorale
Friday's dinner is at the William and Ida Friday Center for Continuing Education, part of the University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill.. Following dinner we'll be treated to a performance by the Durham School of the Arts Chorale. The DSA Chorale, a performing ensemble of 70 high school students, is directed by
Mrs. Scott Hill. It has received superior ratings at several district choral festivals, and has been awarded Grand Champion prizes at regional and national competitions. We will be
entertained by a smaller group from the Chorale.
Saturday - North Carolina Barbecue
Following the closing session join us for North Carolina BBQ on the law school lawn. Chopped pork, fried chicken, baked beans, turnip greens, boiled potatoes, coleslaw, rolls,
