Discussion and Reception with Prof. Jim Salzman and Prospective Students - Mar. 28, 2012
New England-area alumni visited with prospective students recently admitted to Duke Law School and Jim Salzman, Samuel Fox Mordecai Professor of Law and Nicholas Institute Professor of Environmental Policy. Professor Salzman spoke about current happenings at Duke and discuss his upcoming book, Thirst: The Histories of Drinking Water. Art and Economics Program Featuring Dr. Robert Gough, Jr. G '71, '75 - Nov. 10, 2011
Law and Fuqua alumni gathered for a reception and presentation by Dr. Gough on art and economics, globalization and China at Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP. (View Dr. Gough's presentation here.) Following the reception and presentation, everyone had an opportunity to tour the Institute of Contemporary Art's new installation, Isaac Julien's "Ten Thousand Waves."
