Alumni and Giving

Future Forum

The Future Forum is the Law School’s leadership board for recent graduates. Formed in the fall of 1998, the Future Forum examines the effectiveness of existing alumni programs, with specific focus on the areas of admissions, career and professional development, alumni relations, and development. Members are encouraged to attend a yearly meeting in the fall, to make connections with other Duke Law alumni, to participate in Duke events in their communities, and to recognize the importance of contributing to the Law School's Annual Fund. Representatives of each class, one to fifteen years out, are nominated to serve three-year terms. In addition, students from the 2L and 3L classes apply to serve three-year terms on the Future Forum.
