Duke Law's program in intellectual property is highly interdisciplinary. Our faculty are helping create new frameworks for international drug development and biopharmaceutical regulation, facilitating access to art, scholarship, science, and cultural resources, and examining intellectual property law through the lens of comparative and international law and a novel reading of the First Amendment. The Intellectual Property and Cyberlaw Society hosts an annual symposium — Hot Topics — that focuses on emerging trends in the field and students can participate in the Duke Law & Technology Review, an online journal that examines issues at the intersection of law and technology.
