WHY DUKE LAW?
Because we prepare graduates for leadership in a global profession.
To prepare students for work and leadership in an increasingly international legal profession, Duke Law offers a JD/LLM degree in international and comparative law. The LLM is earned simultaneously with the JD in just six semesters and two summers. JD/LLM students participate in one of Duke's transnational summer institutes, in Geneva or Hong Kong, and may choose from a wide array of international courses, programs, internship and externship opportunities to gain the skills, knowledge and experience needed to succeed in international law.
