Academic Technologies has a unified help desk that can address any question or issue regarding technology at the law school. In most cases, the help desk staff can resolve your question right away. In some cases, the help desk refers an issue to the Office of Information Technology's Service Desk (919-684-2200, https://oit.duke.edu/help). In other cases, the Systems, Web or Media groups within Academic Technologies will respond. On rare occasion, we refer law school community members to other resources, such as Duke Computer Repair, the Apple Store or other third parties.

For very specific issues, or to report a problem, we do have other ways to contact us as well:

  • Media questions regarding the classrooms, loaner AV equipment and advice: itc@law.duke.edu
  • Urgent classroom issues should be reported by phone: 919-613-7249.
  • Web questions regarding the Duke Law website, other Duke-hosted sites such as Sakai and WordPress sites, and advice: webupdates@law.duke.edu
